Dan Dickau (G) will be sidelined 4-6 weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on Nov. 20, 2002. After placing Dickau on the injured reserve list, the Hawks signed Matt Maloney (G). Dickau, a rookie from Gonzaga, was averaging 1.7 points and 0.8 rebounds a game.
