Ticket Availability & Shipping

Your New Jersey Nets ticket order will be immediately confirmed (via email) and shipped through Federal Express after it is placed.   The "Ship to" address must be the same as the address at which you receive your credit card billing statement.  If the shipping address is different, fill out the form accordingly and we will contact you. The cutoff time for New Jersey Nets tickets is the day before the game. Once a ticket order is placed we will reserve the corresponding tickets for you and only you. After the order has been confirmed, the tickets will be immediately mailed to you through Federal Express and will require an adult signature.

Free Agent Acquisitions

On Oct. 26, 2002 the Nets re-signed free agent Anthony Johnson (G).

On Oct. 16, 2002 the Nets signed free agent Lonnie Jones (C), 8 days after waiving him. Jones was waived again on Oct. 24, 2002.

On August 15, 2002 the Nets signed free agent Rodney Rogers (F), who previously played with the Boston Celtics.

On August 2, 2002 the Nets signed free agent Chris Childs (G), who previously played with the Toronto Raptors.

Trades

The New Jersey Nets acquired Jason Kidd (G) and Chris Dudley (C) from the Phoenix Suns for Stephon Marbury (G), Johnny Newman (F) and Soumaila Samake (C) on July 19, 2001.

The New Jersey Nets traded the rights to Eddie Griffin (F) to the Houston Rockets for the rights to swingman Richard Jefferson, Jason Collins (C) and Brandon Armstrong (G) on June 28, 2001.
