Justin Watson (RB) and Jerry Wisne (OL) were signed to the active roster on Nov. 28, 2002. To create an opening on the 53-man roster the Rams placed Tom Nutten (G) on the injured reserve list.

After losing the Super Bowl last season, the Rams look to rejuvenate their offense with a healthy Marshall Faulk and Kurt Warner. Both of them seem to be healthy and Warner's thumb seems to have healed after a NFL High 22 interceptions in 2001.
A couple of key losses will test the Rams solidarity in the beginning (Azhir Hakim (WR) to the Lions and London Fletcher (LB) to the Bills). A couple of victories early could prove to be big as the only competition in the NFC West will come from the San Francisco 49ers. With the Saints leaving the NFC West (during the recent realignment) look for the Rams to steamroll divisional opponents on their way to another Divisional and Super Bowl title.
