On Nov. 21, 2002 the Raptors signed Jermaine Jackson (G), who was previously waived by the Raptors on Oct. 26, 2002.
On Nov. 7, 2002 the Raptors signed Greg Foster (C).
On Oct 24, 2002 the Raptors signed free agent Voshon Lenard (G), who previously played with the Denver Nuggets.
On July 27, 2002 the Raptors signed free agent Nate Huffman (C).

The Toronto Raptors acquired Hakeem Olajuwon (C) from the Houston Rockets for 2001 first- and second-round picks on August 3, 2001.
